All employees must:
- Submit to a criminal background check.
- Adhere to our drug screening policies.
- Maintain dress code and display company uniform that we provide.
- Complete the orientation program to include ground rules for custodians.
- Read and sign the company handbook to ensure they understand all policies and procedures.
- Attend regular team meetings to stay informed about ongoing quality, safety and security issues and workplace procedures.
- Complete all safety training including MSDS policies.
- Attend Farrell’s Concepts of Quality Seminar (Supervisory Staff Only)
- Attend Farrell’s University training courses.
