Application Process

All applicants must go through our rigorous screening process and adhere to our policies and procedures. The policies and procedures are as follows.

All employees must:

  1. Submit to a criminal background check.
  2. Adhere to our drug screening policies.
  3. Maintain dress code and display company uniform that we provide.
  4. Complete the orientation program to include ground rules for custodians.
  5. Read and sign the company handbook to ensure they understand all policies and procedures.
  6. Attend regular team meetings to stay informed about ongoing quality, safety and security issues and workplace procedures.
  7. Complete all safety training including MSDS policies.
  8. Attend Farrell’s Concepts of Quality Seminar (Supervisory Staff Only)
  9. Attend Farrell’s University training courses.
